WorldSBK Paddock Show welcomes bursting European timetable

MotorLand sees all four championships take on the Paddock Show stage

For the first time ever the famous MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship Paddock Show will play host to three World Championships on top of the European Superstock 1000 Championship, with the debut of the new, jam-packed schedule at MotorLand Aragon next weekend.

Following the introduction of the FIM Supersport 300 World Championship to the Championship for 2017, the Paddock Show will now offer even more entertainment than ever before and gives fans a chance to get even closer to all classes in the world’s fastest production-based motorcycle series.

Friday will kick off with live free practice coverage with special guests, followed by Local Riders Chat Show which is bound to attract a large amount of fan interest. It will be fans first chance to see Jordi Torres (Althea BMW Racing Team), Xavi Fores (BARNI Racing Team), Roman Ramos (Kawasaki Team Go Eleven) and Nacho Calero (Orelac Racing VerdNatura). All of this action will be in-between the exclusive appearance on local radio stations: Radio Marca National and Onda Cero Regional.

To close the day, fans will be treated to the traditional Team Managers Chat Show before the Opening Day Show; with the opportunity to hear from the top three riders in WorldSBK and WorldSSP, meaning fans could get the inside scoop on who’s fast and why in the opening sessions.

An exciting addition to the Paddock Show for the MotorLand Aragon Round is the Official Championship Launch for the World Supersport 300 series, which takes place at 17:50. Providing the first chance to see all WorldSSP300 riders together, 35 young riders will be on stage ready to meet their fans as they begin their Road to WorldSBK journey.

Saturday brings another action-packed day as the weekend really gets into full swing, and not only will all sessions from Free Practice to Superpole to WorldSBK Race One be aired live on stage, but it will be the first ever instalment of A Question of WorldSBK, which is a chance for fans to get in amongst the action on stage. Once the excitement of day two is over with on track, it certainly continues off track. New for 2017, Saturday’s SuperShow get’s its first chance to give fans an even more exhilarating experience. With Meet ‘n’ Greets involving riders from all four classes, and the chance to hear what all top riders thought of the all important Saturday out on track, and exclusive chats with pole position holders and race winners, it’s not one to miss.

Autograph sessions are the talk of Sunday morning, as fans can get the chance to meet the stars of the future, in the WorldSSP300 and STK1000 autograph sessions before the racing action kicks off. The all important Race Shows get underway from 16:00pm with all podium finishers present, to round off what will have been an incredible weekend of action on and off track.
